Allows you to obtain Comprehension by reading books and Educated by completing quests.

By default you need to read 10 books for Comprehension and complete 10 quests for Educated. These thresholds can be configured in the ini. Not much else to say honestly. The perks will be hidden from the level up menu, this can be reversed in the ini config file.
Requires JIP LN NVSE plugin.
Why - If you are like the average New Vegas enjoyer, you take these perks every time because they're just too good. I was tired of that, I wanted the perks but didn't want them for free, so I made this mod. This mod allows for a small trade compared to the vanilla min-maxing way, you gain 2 perk points but you miss out on some skill points while you level up before completing 10 quests for Educated and you have to choose to read some books for -1 skill point before you get Comprehension.
