Automatically extends the effect of the Animal Friend perk to all creatures marked as Animals or Mutated Animals. ESPless.

The Animal Friend perk is cool in concept but can be very inconsistent either due to Obsidian's oversights or mod-added creatures not being added to the correct faction (which is very easy to overlook). This mod contains a script that automatically adds every placed creature in the game marked either as an Animal or Mutated Animal to the Animal Friend faction, meaning automatic support for any mod and any creature. No ESP.
There are some creatures that you may want to stay hostile even with the Animal Friend Perk, though, such as named creatures or creatures from events. Therefore, this mod makes use of KEYWORDS to prevent certain animals from being added to the Animal Friend faction. For anyone looking to add their own creatures, the keyword is called AnimalFriendExclusion. Currently, this only contains The Ghost of She from Honest Hearts, but I can look into adding more (even ones from mods) upon request. There is also an alternative version of the mod that uses a plugin and a formlist (AnimalFriendExtFLST) for exclusion instead if for some reason people want that.
What's Considered an Animal?
In vanilla, the following are considered animals:
- Bighorners
- Brahmin
- Dogs (including Coyotes, Mongrels, Guard Dogs, Cyberdogs [which aren't affected in vanilla], etc.)
- Geckos (of all type, including Fire Geckos which are not affected in vanilla)
- Giant Rats
- Lakelurks
- Mole Rats
- Yao Guai (not affected in vanilla)
Notably, Night Stalker are not considered Animals by the game, but are affected by the Animal Friend perk. This mod will NOT remove them from the Animal Friend faction, though.
