About this mod

This is a conversion of DarkestWhisper2's awesome mod Unimportant NPC's - Mercenaries to TTW with a few changes made. Adds more mercenary NPCs and worldbuilding; especially making the Regulators a more present faction in the Capital Wasteland.

Permissions and credits
This mod adds more inconsequential NPCs to the world such as regulators, hired guards, and more. It also adds a small faction called Barret's Hired Guns who rent their services out to certain groups, they are now seen as the source for many of the mercs originally found in the game such as the Canterbury Commons caravan guards. 
This version has a good portion of the content cut and changed by me though to suit my interests or because I wasn't interested in converting it properly.

What's different in this version:

1. Esmified, all ITMs removed, removed deleted references, decompressed, faces regenerated, and some minor bugs that I found fixed.

2. The two hired gun companions have been removed, they're hard to convert properly if people ask I may try and re add the one in Barret's at some point cause she was cool.

3. All unique equipment has been removed, sorry. I think there's already way too much uniques in the game once you use some good weapon packs like ZL Armaments, CFWR, and others.

4. Barret was given an anti material rifle from New Vegas because it's the closest thing in the game to a Barret. 

5. Extra Talon Company mercs(except for one boss) removed because they're already way too common in Fallout 3 and I think Bethesda made them poorly; just another enemy to fight :(.
