About this mod
I think the Merc Outfits in FNV look really cool, but their stats are pitiful and inconvenient. This mod buffs the stats of the outfits to make them actually useful past level 5. Also incorporates the "unique" variants into leveled lists so you do not have to murder people to acquire them.

How to get
All of the base form merc outfits can be acquired like usual. The upgraded MKII variants have been added to the leveled lists so now you can find them on the escaped convicts in Primm, but they are rarer than the base outfits. The legend outfit was unobtainable by normal means in the base game as far as I know, but now it is guaranteed to be equipped by the Convict Leader in the Bison Steve Hotel. The explorer gear is equipped by Orion if you did not know. This outfit is unique, so I opted to not add it to the leveled lists.
Installation
Should work out-of-the-box no DLCs required
Mod Manager: Download like any other mod and play the game.
Manual: Download, drop into data folder, and play the game.
Feedback
If you are worried about combat balancing: On hard difficulty with hardcore enabled, I cleared out all of the convicts that have the merc outfits in Primm at level 2-3 with the varmint rifle that Sunny Smiles gives you in the tutorial using regular 5.56 ammo. It was challenging, but you will have access to 9mm/10mm pistols/smgs, .357 revolver, single shotgun, and energy pistol by this point with supple ammo. If you find it to be too difficult, I would suggest buying armor-piercing rounds from Chet and trying that.
I am hesitant to change DT values for the armor, but if you think they should be changed around (along with special/skill/resistance increases) let me know.
This is my first published mod so if there is anything important I am leaving out please let me know.
