I have been seeing ... dialogue bark a lot more for some reason and it has been annoying me so I made a plugin to remove the subtiles for the dialogue bark. Also made a version for the frontier because why not.
You need to use one the plugins. Main File or Optional Frontier Version as it includes the main file change.
Main File Plugin edits one record
Frontier Record edits 4 records.
Use xedit to check for conflicts but there probably shouldn't be any.
If you want to feel free to include this in your own mod.
