At Rank 2: Big Guns weigh 60% less.
At Rank 3: Big Guns weigh 90% less.
Technical:
- Uses KEYWORDS to determine what's a Big Gun.
- You can make any weapon affected by the perk by simply assigning it the KEYWORD "Big Gun".
- All Big Guns in Vanilla NV, TTW and CFWR already have the KEYWORD assigned.
