Combines Classic-esque Feral Ghoul Retexture and Ghouls Are People Too, covers more feral ghouls, including glowing ones, reavers, and swamp ghouls (TTW), and is compatible with TTW and NV Feral Ghoul Children.
There's also an optional file, More Classic-esque Glowing Ones which... isn't very good, glowing ones are white in the original fallouts and seeing it's the theme of the mod I figured I'd make an attempt, not recommended, I'm not an artist and it isn't very good, but they sure are white.
