Are ya using Asurah Reanimation Pack mod? You should patch up #SightingNode to ##SIGHTANIM to get a proper ironsight anims when you shoot. On asurah reanimation pack mod page there is a section called IRONSIGHT MANUAL FIX, click the spoiler to see the tutorial how to do this.
asurah kinda busy nowdays, real life stuff and all that ya know. besides making mod about animating stuff is hard as nails. just use Sniff tool it's amazing trust me, its a too that let you patch out almost all custom weapon mods on the go even the megapack firearms mod, although I really recommend Anniversary Anim Pack, Dedicated Weapon Animations (kNVSE) and Clean kNVSE Animation Sets mods to enhance the gunplay up to 11!! Oh I forgot, Revolver Fanning Animation mod also quite good if you love to roleplay as cowboy gunslinger!!
