Envmap_Light_fade shader turns on cubemap blending with too sharp transition in areas with some lightening threshold. I have no Idea how to fix it.
The only option I can think of (and I don't like it): make diffuse brighter, reduce Environmental mapping contribution, and turn off this shader. But this will result in active reflection in dark areas (not very intensive, but still). Also metal will look less realistic...

    yes I've also noticed this with things I've made and it was driving me mad, I just assumed this is a quirk of the engine... I don't think there is a fix just one of the many "features" that this game has :(

    I never use the env light fade because it's so troublesome...
