About this video

Enjoy the Novac timelapse showcasing the beauty of the Mojave Desert and the passage of time with weather changes from day to night

Fun fact: this song “What Remains”, composed by Inon Zur, originally from Fallout 3, was also featured in Fallout: New Vegas, set in this small town home to the iconic Novac Dinosaur

Created with New Vegas Reloaded and various mods, this is a video for the fans, made by a fan. Enjoy!

It's always of interest to me to see how different other players' versions of this world can look.

In my iteration, for example, that bridge is lit at night by streetlights. There's a two-story building a little distance over the bridge, with a barbershop on the ground floor and a bar upstairs; on the other side of that street, two moderately eccentric fellas are camped out with a gigantic, saddled and pack-mounted molerat. A little further on is a shipping office. And the moon is about 10% that size but 50% brighter.

Thanks to Bethesda who gave us the tools to be able to make a different world for each one.
I like to keep the game a bit vanilla, but the big moon is something I need. It's incredible to see something like that.

Could you share a screenshot from the same point?
I'm curious what it is like
