The in-game mesh editor (so I don't spam too much with messages on different posts) Did you get the idea from Superliminal? When I played that game and found out about that feature, my brain exploded. I wondered if that was possible for FNV, and here we are. I have no idea why my brain craves these in-game editors.
I already asked this to Anro and I got turned down, for some reason I am interested in these options (ambient, diffuse, specular and texture) being able to switch on/off live in-game, is it possible?
Superliminal it's a puzzle game that for some reason lets you import meshes in a similar method as the video you posted. I was surprised. Just checked the SetLightingPasses commands, works perfect. Thank you so much!

I make tools just to assist debugging and my modding + boredom.
The feature you want is already in the game - SetLightingPasses (SLP) function.
