Replaces the City Ruins song with Hills of Radiant Winds from NieR Replicant

Plays "Hills of Radiant Winds" in the City Ruins.
City Ruins has many different variants and I tried to incorporate them a bit. The quiet version is without vocals, "Rays of Light" is without percussion and "Shade" is with percussion.
This uses the new Replicant version, directly from the game files, thanks to Devolas Revenge.
