The mod here seems to be no longer maintained: NO TELEPORTER
So, I re-created it. I am including a .lua file with mine so it can be regenerated in the future with AMUMSS, even if I stop maintaining it.
New in 1.0.1: A different disabling technique stops issues with some teleporters still being disabled after the mod is removed.
This mod disables all teleporters in stations, bases, freighters, and in the nexus. For me, this is to encourage a new playstyle that is more immersive, and makes your hyperdrive distance mean something, and also influences things like - how far are my bases from each other in jumps? To me, the ease of travel between far away locations is trivialized by teleporters. This does not affect portals, however, so if you need to get somewhere specific, you can still always find one of those.
