B now goes to 'Build Mode'.
Cables & Power
Added new tools mode for managing cables.

Added a Property Panel button to add a new free-floating cable control point
Added a Property Panel button to split a cable in half, which creates a new control point.
Added a Property Panel button to form a cable connection between two selected base parts or control point.
Cable point snap feature provides helpful tooltip overlays, to help distinguish between power, bytebeat, switches, etc.
Snapping cables to Power, ByteBeat, Portal and Pipe will automatically convert all connected cables to that particular cable-type, as shown by their colour/material.
Connecting two cable points together will automatically search neighbouring cables to determine it's cable-type - e.g connecting to an existing bytebeat cable will make the new bytebeat cable.
Connected cables will auto follow a part it's connected to as you manipulate it.
Snapping a cable to a base part will assign the auto follow behaviour.
Dragging a cable away from a base part will unassign the auto follow behaviour.
UI
Added a part count value in the properties UI panel

The App can now understand the .json "Preset" format that outputs from the Blender add-on. Just put the .json file in the same folder as your Prefabs and it should work. Any Blender Presets will by indicated by a Blender icon in the part drawer UI. If their are name conflicts then the app will prioritise App Prefabs over Blender Presets.
