This is a small table with two options
With both enabled the native gyro options page will replace the accessability options entry allowing you to configure in game gyro, you only need to do this until your happy with your settings and then you can leave it off the options will stay.
To pass your actual gyro input to the game you'll need something like DS4Windows gyro Passthru option and your emulated controller set to Dualshock 4.
