Clement Weather

Provides clear weather on all planets at all times.
No storms, rain, fog, heavy air, ash/embers or hazards : cold, heat, radiation, toxicity.
Note : Many planets have dust, mist or gas plumes that emanate from the planet surface and are not weather related.
Storm Crystals can be harvested at any time. { See Pics }
Credits : Although I did all my own experimenting and testing methods for this mod it seems revaneldaris9 also used
exactly the same method for one particular file in "No Dust and Weather"
Install
Extract Clement.Weather.pak from zip to No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\MODS folder.
Create Mods folder if you don't already have one.
Remove or rename DISABLEMODS.TXT file from PCBANKS folder.
Uninstall
Delete Clement.Weather.pak from No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\MODS folder.
