Randomizes the Starship and Multi-tool you start the game with, instead of the 'Radiant Pillar BC1' and the 'Waveform Focuser N56-P.'
What you get should be based on the possible ship spawns for your system.
Note that technology and inventory slots for the ship and multi-tool are still the same as the starter ship/tool.
