You can by opening the console (~ key), typing TM and confirming with the enter key. TM = toggle menus. Do the same again to get the HUD and menus back. Note that it switches off inventory screens as well, so this console command's use is limited to making HUD-less screenshots. I personally prefer to make screenshots with the console activated - it freezes all action. To get rid of the console stuff on the screen, type cls (must be lowercase) and hit enter, cls = clear screen. You're left with a tiny cursor bar in the lower left corner of the screen, easily removed with any image editing software - Photoshop, GIMP...
