It just goes to show as soon as characters don't wear their iconic outfits and hairstyles, they are hard to recognize. It's Kitty with loose hair again and her 'ice and snow' outfit. The access point to this world lies high up in the mountains, I felt her usual get-up inappropriate for running around in freezing temperatures. The 'FLY Winter Clothes' are perfect for a kind of 'Siberian' look with still a hint of sexyness. Staying longer on this island, she will certainly change back to her trademark 'Kureha' and 'Nanka' outfits.
But on the inside, I'm a childish boy, with my passion for toilet humour and innuendo...
Some kind of 'Peter Pan Syndrome' I guess.

Yes, Azura's quest must be completed as a requirement.
I did it as early as possible to get Azura's Star, still one of my favourite Daedric gifts.
And then I gave Martin a copy of the Star for 'Blood of the Daedra'.
It can be scroll-duped!

The location of the island is in Azura's realm/plane of Oblivion, Moonshadow (that explains the magenta sky). So it has its own exterior cells independent from Cyrodiil.
Having some kind of teleportation helps getting there again later, I'm using Midas' astral travel to reach the place at any time.
About the Azura quest, I think it's only "vampire killing" one I did, as the only one with a reason good enough
