Raphaela's signature weapon. It's a balanced blade good for most situations, but excel against non-human enemies and spellcasters. For base I use the rapier included in Homuras Ancient Guardian Robe (http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=39288), but any kind of quick weapon will do.

~Requirements~
50 Illusion (Optional)
50 Destruction (Or Apprentice birthsign)
25 Mysticism
10 Restoration
1 x Grand Soul (Azura's Star is highly recommended)
1 x Weapon of choice (A fast one handed weapon with decent range is recommended)

~Enchantment~
Absorb Health: 10 points for 1 second
Weakness to Magic: 25% for 3 seconds
Silence: 1 second (Optional)
Soul Trap: 1 second

Total Uses: 46

Through Weakness to Magic, you will be able to drain more health from the enemy with consecutive hits, resulting in higher damage and greater chance of staggering the target. The 3 second duration will allow you to get a touch spell or power attack in between hits, without ever letting the weakness effect wear off.

Silence is nice for keeping creatures from using troublesome abilities and spellcasters from retaliating, healing, turning invisible, or dispelling themselves, but it's not really a requirement and can be replaced with Damage Health 10 points for 1 second for more damage and higher chance of staggering, at the cost of 3 less uses/charges.

Soul Trap along with Azura's Star will allow recharging the weapon, providing it's not a humanoid enemy in which case you will need black soulgems. (A weakness that most magical weapons share.)

With a healing rate of 12-13 points per hit and fast attacks, this will result in a regenerative effect that almost negates the need for blocking and healing, resulting in more damage over time.
