About this image
"Raphaela d'Aumont (3E 414 - 4E ?) was the second oldest child of a Breton noble family from Wayrest. She was sent to Cyrodiil in 3E 432 by ship to strengthen the family's position in the region through investments in stores and real estate.
Being an accomplished fencer and spellcaster, she managed to accumulate enough money to open a shop in Chorrol, but her ruthless and undiplomatic ways of negotiating and willingness to perform any task to further her goals won her more enemies than friends. During her first year in Cyrodiil, she is said to have been involved with both the Dark Brotherhood and the Thieves Guild, the Fighters Guild and Mage's Guild, as well as being a fighter in the Arena.
She was arrested by the Imperial Watch and placed in the Imperial Prison after the slaying of Mathias Draconis, but escaped during mysterious circumstances during which she came into possession of the Amulet of Kings, which had been missing since the assassination of Uriel Septim VII only weeks before.
Shortly after, she met a Nord alchemist from Solstheim by the name of Vilja, and in spite of her cold and stoic nature, the two of them would form a strong friendship during the following months. It is said that it was solely through Vilja's influence that Raphaela decided to bring the Amulet of Kings to Weynon Priory, leading to the events that would let her be remembered as the Hero of Kvatch and eventually the Champion of Cyrodiil.
She vanished shortly after the beginning of the Fourth Era, her whereabouts are still unknown."
