Gold Road, near Fort Sunset Vista - Tirdas, 25th of Evening Star 3E433, 05:57 PM
The night is calm. The boys and girls of Legion Fort Sunset Vista are about to have a much-deserved shut-eye. Not all of them of course, almost half of the garrison are either guarding the fortress or patrolling the area.
Julienn Vadrus is one of the most recent recruits of the Legion. She left her home of Cheydinhal to fight against the Daedra and to escape her mother who constantly nagged at her to find a husband. After a brief training at the Imperial City, she was stationed at the Gold Coast.
Tonight, it's her duty to guard the Gold Road from Skingrad. She has to check everyone who is about to travel through and keep an eye out for enemy activity. Leaning back against the lamppost, she was staring at her comrade bowman at the top of a watchtower when she noticed a shadowy figure approaching.
Dressed in all black, carrying a bow and a handful of small knives, the man observed his surroundings with a keen eye while slowly pacing toward Julienn. He doesn't seem hostile but the overall appearance and his whole being struck fear into the young woman.
She extended her right arm to signal the man to stop.
"Halt! Identify yourself!"
No matter how hard she wanted her voice to not give her dismay away, the man seemed to sense it anyway. Slowly turning his head to Julienn, he spoke with a confident, almost mesmerizing voice:
"Is this the fortress Sunset Vista?"
"Mmm... ye-es. Who are you?"
"Lead me to the Bosmer called Endoril..."

I mean, constantly repeating you're the master storyteller, designer, and whatnot is just plain boring. To me and probably to you, too
