I'll say; you just don't see this kind of scenery in Oblivion. For the most part it's that unique appeal that spices up an otherwise bland palette of been-there, done-that. Those mountains; don't see many mountains like those. As a scene, I love how the fog limits the playing field by drawing your focus to objects in your immediate area, allowing you to appreciate each tiny detail instead of throwing everything at you all at once. You get to appreciate the flowing river and the swaying grass rather than pass on through. You have my endorsement.
