A second shot of Veeda. I included this one in my previous posting, but then realized that it really needs to be viewed full-sized image for full effect (click the monitor icon to the right). It loses a little of its umph on the web site (we are all familiar with this.) So sorry not to have included it all in one package. Hopefully you like the shot as much as I do.

    Nice character. I use to run companion mods however, I got tired of them always getting in the way, or shooting me in the back.

      No no, you have it wrong. The point is to play an archer. Then you shoot your companions in the back rather than the other way around. LOL

      This isn't DayZ where you shot people take their pants, beans and house key. Then hope no one is going to hit you over the head with a rock while your heading back to their home to finish the job.
      I always tried running to the left or right of the target while my archer and mage where shooting them. I've had a few good fights where I died by friendly fire.

      That is why I said got tired of them getting in the way as well. Only way to do anything with a companion was another range class.

      Yes. Well. In the final analysis, IMO they generally look better than pack donkeys. I use them primarily as mules for loot, and as decoys for minotaurs, which beasties I seem to be encountering a plague of lately. Always helps to have a tank around in those cases, even if one get's tired of hearing "Hey, I'm on your side" as yet another arrow hits a companion in the back.

      That all your did? Cause at the end of one fight they turned around bashed my character to the ground, then walk away. Not to mention the 40g bounty for "Assault". As for Loot, Midas Magic and the Midas Chest spell is all I need.

    This was supposed to be under Graceinfields comment but apparently there was no more room & the program choked.

    Yes, that is why I spent months learning to make animal companions who do not turn on you or make the game about them. It isn't the same, but it is low maintenance & now I can play some roles that were too difficult before. The game still scores them as hit sometimes when they weren't though.

    I know what you mean. Both Veeda and Kaleah where long time CMP's that I had to have with every rebuild. In fact Mellow early on was a Veeda copy with small facial adjustments to make her look like Veeda's kid sister.
     
    Also she was a KGT cm partner, Divine Avenger did Kaleah, Eluna, Feria, Karla, Sonnet, Rhapsody and Allegra.

      NP. First time I did a reinstall and went for the cm partners, I was a little lost trying to find Veeda under DA's works also.
