WIP porting of my Fallout 3 ENB (DDD ENB - Bleak Cinematic Apocalyptia) to Oblivion. I'll call it DDD ENB - Bleak Cinematic Fantasia. Coming soon...

Currently implemented effects include:
- Tonemapping via custom colour palette (options will be available)
- Ambient occlusion
- Bokeh Depth of Field(third-person friendly config)
- Vignette(darkening of screen corners)
- Image sharpening, psuedo film grain and chromatic aberration
- Panoramic black bars at top and bottom of the screen
- Vertical anamorphic bloom/lens flare
- Drastic changes to scene lighting!

A lot of tweaking and ironing still to do. Oblivion is somewhat different to Fallout 3, plus I am adressing many of the issues my original version had.
