      Halios is a separate world. Ho big? I don't know. It is depend on CSE and GameBryo possibility. This worldspace is on the one Big Quad. (Cyrodiil is on four.) You will have connection from Sarta (seldom)
      I added a connection fromTochia to Lathia.
