A new map for the gorgeous shivering isles.

I was so sick that there were no good maps of the shivering isles that I just made one myself.
And as the crazy feature monster I am, I made it 4K. this screenie is 2k, so I could upload it.
It contains several plastic features so it looks more 3D, like a generated DistantLOD normal map.
It was also created with generated game files, so it is as accurate as accurate can be.
Well...as long as I did the water right...
