      The wall is placed by Unique Landscapes. I don't know if the texture is inlcuded in UL. Main texture replacers I use are QTP3 Redimized, Bomrets textures pack for Shivering Isles and a lot of the textures from miknmel1.

      Yes, base is "Cinematic ENB for Oblivion - New Dimension" heavily tweaked and using "James Cameron II" palette by CaptainSkullsaber.
