These are Oblivion dungeons meeting the following criteria:
- They have a significant garrison of respawning NPCs
- The NPCs are not massively outnumbered by Creatures
- Mostly or entirely accessible without taking quests
- Clearing them out does not interfere with any quests

I made this because I was recently on a kick killing NPCs. Why not share the love? As far as making a farming route, the bandit dungeons are a source of light+blunt, arrows and picks, marauders heavy+swords, conjurers and necros have very light-weight, high-value loot, and vampires have everything.
Most overland dungeons will not interfere with quests, but I guess this could be useful for avoiding them entirely.
Labeling places would take a lot of time and probably cause the map to appear cluttered, sorry. Well, get out there and discover the names of the places for yourself
