   Small people loose their body heat (& core temperature) a lot faster than more bulky ones.

      There is a chimney. Its a place of a mod called Ryks Onsen, that adds three hot onsen to Tamriel. I think I wander all places with the both, Maybee we' ll meet Belphe on the way.
