1. using blender, editing headmesh(.nif) as you wish
2. import original head mesh and copy boneweight to your new headmesh and export to .nif
3. set original .egm and .tri file with your new .nif file in same folder as same name(ex. headhuman.nif, headhuman.egm and headhuman.tri)
4. use The Conformulator. set [Head file] to .tri file. set [Hair file] to .nif file.
5. select [Quality] to nearest face. select [tri file] to full. and click [Conformulate] and all popup message to yes.
6. use original .egt file. so you should have four files(headhuman.nif, egt, egm and tri)
7. it is work fine in itself. but some expression information lack.
8. download tri script for blender(http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55388/?)
9. import tri file and edit [shapes] to add blinkright, blinkleft, squintright and squintleft. then export! finished!

I tried once to modify a head and... it was broken in my game xD
