The majestic Daedric Siege Crawler, who haunted Uriel Septim's dreams for decades, demolished Kvatch...and got less than 10 minutes of on-screen time with no direct contact with the Hero of Kvatch, sadly. Well, I'm fixing that. By extracting the animations from the Activator's .nif file and adding some dummy bones to re-position the Siege Crawler, I've got a "miniature" version of it working as a functional creature. By miniature, it's still the size of a Skyrim Dragon...just not the size of the original Crawler. It's not perfect yet and probably never will be, but I think it could make for a cool quest boss or something.
