  Regarding mods, not sure what you'd like to know, so here is a rough overview: Character is a custom race (not available for public). Body is DMZ. The outfit was made by Darigaz and should be available to public, if you know where to look. ENB is a modified version of SirArtsy's Glow Hell preset + Oblivion Reloaded for some extra effects. Location is Shadowcrest Vineyard.

  This one took me like two and a half hours and at the end I was like "yeah, that'll have to do", so I guess I got lucky xD
