I don't use an ENB, tried out a few but found that I prefer the look of Oblivion without them to be honest, things just look crisper (to me at least).
I've looked at Bevilex's Modlist quite a few times to see if there are any good mods i've missed (such as katkat's really good mods), and I found the part on Oblivion Reloaded and .ini settings really useful, but i've by no means followed the guide to the letter. Therefore I have quite a few mods in my setup that arent in the guide (for example some of Discovery1's old mods are very good, however they are no longer on the nexus (there is a repository of all his mods on reddit)) and there are a bunch of mods in the guide that I don't use.
Having a look now they are similar, however there are alot of differences between my setup and the guide.
