Here we have an alternate version of the previous windmill model from Dongle. As with the former, this was
a mod added Morrowind model with open permission for use in other Elder Scrolls games. Now converted
for use in Oblivion.
This particular model is a wind operated saw mill. The saw blade, shafts, and gears on the exterior are fully
animated. It has a smaller interior that houses the animated shafts and gears which power the blade.
Once again many thanks to Dongle for the excellent models!

It's only recently I've gone back to search through what is available for that game. A bit off topic, but Dongle also made an animated Lighthouse with light beam which spins around. Not something I personally have a use for. But it's a very unique model also in that there is nothing else like it anywhere.
