Yeah.  Little Coda Toolbox 2.0 is out.

This horse happily swishing its tail is cut out of a crest of arms.

Turned the number of colours down, converted to XPM format, converted to Coda Pixmap, placed the Lady's smocks in the air, and floored them. Then I wiggled them a little, so that they wouldn't stand there like tin soldiers.
 
Planting 150+ flowers is the work of minutes. :D

    Super cool. Out of curiosity, what would happen if you mixed in some other flowers? Can it be done? Like, random flowers within the bounds of the image?

      Sure. In the XPM, for example, there are 3 colours (transparent, red, white). I chose "red", the remnants of the background, to also be transparent (meaning no flowers), for simplicity.
