About this image
One last capture from the opposite side. And in case anyone is wondering
the glass panes are see through. It was my intention to sparsely decorate
the interior and just place locked doors on it.
But now that I've been able to test in-game there is actually enough space
to have a small table and chair inside and still walk in.

This is one of the most attractive mills I have seen to date. I am undeniably in love with every windmill I see. On the other hand, I am a little confused and curious to know what is the use of each one, what exactly they are used for in each case. Wheel mills also appeal to me. Are you going to produce an esp for this one?
In answer to the first question, they are just meant for settlement mods in general. It would be hard to answer specifically what each is to be used for. I don't have solid plans for each individual model just yet. There are in total 14 windmills and 5 watermills all told. I have existing mods and Works In Progress that will use some of them for sure, but certainly not all.
For example one model in particular will be going into a large WIP landscape mod. Several others will be used in Settlements of Cyrodiil.
Some will be put out as modder resource once I'm satisfied I haven't missed any glaring problems on the models. Today I've finally reached the point that all the animations work in-game. Still need to test and make sure I haven't left visible holes, bad uv mapping , or anything else of that nature. That said, pretty happy with the current state of each right now.
Your efforts worth many congratulations.
I'm a little slow to catch on sometimes. Perhaps that was the question you were asking from the beginning? What the actual uses for the mills were. Aside from the obvious as in the case of the wind and water powered saw mills, most were grist mills (grain milling). But there were many other uses. Such as hammer mills for breaking up rocks containing ore, stone mills which cut and finished stone for building purposes, simple water pumping mechanisms, and probably other uses I don't even know about.
It's really kind to answer to a so irrivelant question.
