I had a lot of progress with my project, it was turning perfectly. Tons of dead bodies with Ilnori's minions killing them off and rising to power. Having his old companions back including his cult members. inside the structure was a huge area for worshipping him where you can see him sitting on his throne with his bodyguards. 
I intended to make sure that behind him was his guard's quarters, the living quarters, and his own quarters. Plus there were some other instances that I've made. 

My next goal was to make important NPCs like quest givers and unique NPCs that can sell and follow him. The private quarters were a large area, I've made sure everyone was wearing the robes of what I've made in the past. Except for his guards. 

Well, I guess let's see what happens. The only thing I know how to do was level design and retexture. I was trying to learn how to do quests but I never got around to it. 

So, If I do go back to Oblivion and the construction set. I will have to start over and learn everything again.
