I love OCOv2 but I always felt like the orc heads were too pointy and their mouths and teeth a bit small and not as imposing.
I attempted to fix those issues to my liking (and also adapted the head to bodybuilder wideneck body mesh) and this is the current result.

I'm rather happy with it at the moment, NPCs are a bit more potato-y in my opinion. But as a base, i find this mesh more workable (again, to my taste).
I will release this in the future, probably as a modders resource, because I think it works best as a player-only replacer rather than a general replacer.

    Looking good, are those teeth also new? If you make them less likely to clip through the lips that' be great haha

      The teeth mesh is modified vanilla and the textures are from Detailed Mouth for OCOv2.
      Regarding the clipping, I haven't noticed much except when some NPCs are talking (and honestly it personally does not bother me).
      No clipping when on the character creation so far when modifying the mouth for instance...

      Yeah I mentioned it because it tried to fix some faces and it's basically impossible in some cases,  I'll check them out ^^
