About this image
This is a demonstration of the Elven Gardens in the new mod I'm working on first mentioned here. (Fingers crossed for permission from SilentResident to use the modified version of her ImpeREAL City - Unique Districts mod, which adds the much-needed height extensions to the default buildings)
In this GIF you can see how the differently-textured buildings in the Elven Gardens look in game (I'm using Cyrodiil ENB, if you're wondering).
When you first set foot into the Elven Gardens after a busy day shopping in the Market District, you are instantly faced with the myriad sparkling colors of the stained glass windows that greet you as you hear the birds singing cheerfully from the many trees nearby!
Although some may claim that a Temple District address is the most desirable in the city, the Elven Gardens homes are clearly surrounded by the greatest beauty the city can offer. Walking down the street paved in earthen tone bricks that are bordered with moss, this becomes very evident. There are many different building colors here, but the effect is little different from a garden comprised of many hues of flowers. Those who are fortunate enough to live on a second story flat can see this clearly from their balcony and can't help feel as if they are gazing upon a marvelous man - (or mer!) made flowerbed.
Pass through central alleys skillfully-decorated by SilentResident. Those admiring this district's beauty eventually arrive at the central street where an engrossing statue rests atop a fountain. The stone-hewn lovers from a famous Sommerset ballid were dedicated to the city by the influential Sintav family that has called this district home for generations. With not a shabby building in sight, all the districts residents clearly take equal pride in their community. That and/or their Home Owners Association is pretty strict!
Where will our explorations take us next?

It's sublime, dizzying and tempting to the point that it would make me sick
if it can't be compatible with Snus' IC Elven district alive... Wow!
Edit : I use ImpeREAL elven district too, it seems you use it too, am I right?
Yes, for this mod I used ImpeREAL City - Unique Districts and just changed the building meshes to ones I retextured. The layout and things added by ImpeREAL City - Unique Districts were not changed, except to add the Elven Lovers statue fountain.
I'm planning to release the mod in the same format as ImpeREAL City - Unique Districts where there is a separate ESP for each district and a merged ESP with all the districts in one, just like the base mod. I'll also upload an alternative version without the fountain because I believe other mods edit that area, such as Street Vendors of Cyrodiil, that others might use.
I am not familiar with Snus' IC Elven District Alive. Do you happen to have a link to it? I'll make sure it's compatible before release so you can use both!!
If at all possible, please include compatibility with Illumination Within!
I actually created all of these new building meshes using the Animated Window Lighting System building meshes so it definitely works with that mod. I just looked at Illumination Within, as I hadn't heard of it before, and I'd be surprised if it wasn't compatible because it looks like that mod adds window meshes over all the buildings in the game. If that's the case, then the layout of the Vanilla buildings hasn't changed at all. It would just be new buildings added by ImpeREAL City - Unique Districts that would be missing the windows.
I'll test my mod out with Illumination Within this weekend, though, to be absolutely sure!

I spoke with Happyerik a few years ago about using his textures for this mod and we shared ideas back and forth. So much credit to him for his great contributions!
