Currently I am in the process of setting up Oblivion on Linux Mint. I got Oblivion to work with OBSE. But there are still some issues like the console doesn't show up in the game. And the performance is aweful. Nif files can only be opened via Nifskope and not by clicking on them directly. Blender I still have to install etc. But I am quiet happy with the outcome after only 2 days .. and especially that I didn't mess up my complete computer ^^ since I got some other windows installations too. This image is still from my Windows Oblivion.

    Look up DXVK it's the secret to Linux performance

    Also, what graphics mod(s)?

      thx for the tip .. will take a look into it
      for shivering isles i only use Shivering Isles Upscaled Textures (SIUT)

    I believe maybe xOBSE has better linux support

    I don't know anything about interface but.... The character, the exterior setting, the grass, the ground, the trees, it seems like you managed to accomplish a lot of work in such a short time. Good continuity, I sincerely hope that everything works out.
