Looks like Thadon, Amiable Fanriene, Shelden and even Sheogorath wanted to take a little vacation from the Shivering Isles and settle in the Khajiit homeland. All credit goes to the great Iliana for the amazing and sadly underrated ''Elsweyr Deserts of Anequina'', my personal favorite mod for The Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion, one of my all-time favorites besides Spyro the Dragon.
