This is an animation mod(russian... don't worry i don't understand a word either and I manage to use it). It is intended to work on naked females, otherwise there are some cliping problems. You can trick that to make it work with light clothes like I did.
A last thing I forgot to mention in the other images : you need the most recent version of OBSE.
And for the shirt... it's inherent to oblivion. In fact I didn't plan to take the srceenshot, I was just playing normally. When I saw the background I got the idea... but not the appropriate clothes. If I had to do it again I think I would have used rogue armor (can't remember the author ) or diana armor (adapted by Apachii). Nevermind I like the picture as it is.
