Suggestions: The sandal doesn't go with the heavy-looking armor (the dress on the left). Try to create some kind of boots. The sandals are good with the clothing (mini-dress on the right).
Right hat doesn't look right with the clothing, may need some tweaking, and you can try a conical asian hat instead, with some designer embossing/accessories on it.
Left hat (with the jewel) is looking perfect.
Your entire costume reminds me of Tibetan or North East Indian costumes.
