I say the heavy armor, claymore-wielding kat is gonna win. Even though it looks as though his head is exposed to a weak back-handed attack, the flamesword is in the full-back position whereas the claymore is flying towards the lightly armored mid-section and almost about to make contact...which will definitely put a snag on his late followup attack to his head.
