Burden spells actually root the enemy in place now. There are 5 default burden spells in the game, and this mod replaces all of them. That means enemies will cast these spells at you as well.
These new spells are available at the same place the old ones were, from Orintur and Trayvond the Redguard in Cheydinhal's Mages Guild. These effects are not available for spellmaking.
