The design goals of this mod are 1: to make the races closer to each other other in power level 2: to make the differences between races more meaningful 3: to make the minimum possible changes to accomplish the first 2 goals
This is a simple mod adjusting the abilities and power of the 10 normal starting races in Oblivion. It makes Bretons less powerful, and all other races more powerful.
This mod does not changes any game settings, scripts, or world objects. The only things it changes are the races and their abilities and powers.
It attempts to leave the basic theme and skills of each race intact.
Many racial powers had their durations increased by 50% or 100%.
Starting attributes and skills were unchanged, except that Khajiits now recieve an extra 10 points of luck.
