About this mod
Casting spells with staffs can now trains the skill for the school of magic corresponding to the staffs enchantment. If that skill is high enough, you may be able to use less charge to activate the staff.

Fixed a stupid change to the "Flare" spell
Mmodifications to staffs no longer happen automatically; you now have to specifically cast a new "Attune Staff" spell

IF you get annoying visual effects on your character any time you activate a staff, then also download and enable the NoScriptHitVisual mini-mod. That mini-mod fixes the issue, but has minor conflicts with a bunch of other popular mods that also fix the issue and do other stuff with magic, like Supreme Magicka.
