A decent, as in not skimpy, fully functioning, bouncing large breast Upper Class Dress 2.

This is a modders resource. It is a WEIGHTED, H-cup, LL-Bottom, HGEC version of Upperclass Shirt/dress 2.
It can be used as a replacer, which will make anyone in the game that wears one of these have very, very large breasts and booty.

Sorry I did not meet my personal schedule of posting a Beta 0.9 version at midnight last night. I was too busy discovering "weighting" last night. Which allowed me to release this Fully functional and tested Release version 1.0. Sorry for the confusion I created with my earlier versions.
