About this mod
This is truly a relaxing and cool mod for Oblivion. It adds a getaway house near Bravil with a mapmarker included. The readme has all the details
- Permissions and credits
This adds a new place in the game, that allows you to enjoy Oblivion With your Own personnel Getaway House. The house is Located on your map, but is also located near Bravil! Be sure to check the mailbox for a book from a Mr. Whitey! He is long gone, but has left inheritance to It’s finder. The key is priced 20,000 gold, so you can have extra spending money, once you unlock the house, and want to sell the key.(If you want to sell the key) You should look for yourself, but if you are itching to find out, here are some features!
•Enchanting Altar
•Spellmaking Altar
•Dog named Rover(May not be around sometimes)
•Bedrooms
•An extra quest for Crab Hunting(Talk to Jensine)
•Storage Barrels with stuff in them
•More Animals/Creatures to hunt at the island across from the house!
•Mapmarker so you can spot your location easily
•The rest is little stuff you can enjoy on your own
